TRC Online ("we") uses the information you give us to provide online courses you book with us.

What we collect

  • Account details: name, email address and password (stored securely by our authentication provider).
  • Optional professional details: profession, speciality, institution, country and registration number.
  • Bookings, simulated payment records, attendance and course activity.
  • Recordings and transcripts of live sessions where a course is recorded.

We do not collect patient medical records or patient-identifiable clinical information. Please do not share any during sessions.

Recordings and transcripts

Where a session is recorded, your name, voice, video and chat messages may appear in the recording and transcript. Recordings are shared only with booked attendees and authorised staff, and kept for the retention period configured by the centre.

Your rights

You can view and update your profile at any time and request a copy or deletion of your data from your account settings. Contact thefadicenter@gmail.com.
