Cancellations and refunds

Cancelling your booking

You can cancel from "Bookings & receipts" in your account. Each course page states its own cancellation terms.

Refunds

Refunds are reviewed and recorded by the centre's administrators. While the platform is in demonstration mode, payments and refunds are simulated and no money changes hands.

If we cancel

If the centre cancels a course or session, we will notify you by email and offer an alternative date or a refund.
